Do Gift Cards Expire?

No, gift cards never expire and can be used like cash at our online boutique. 

How Refunds Work

If for any reason you do not love your new items, you have 7 days to return your unworn items with the tags attached for store credit. If you need another size, you can use that store credit to order the size that you need. All sale items and markdowns are final sale.

Order Cancellations

In the event that your order is canceled by VANITY BAY, or the items were sold out since your order was processed. You will receive a full refund of your purchase within 7-10 business days to your original form of payment. 

Wrong Size Ordered

If you need another size, you can use that store credit to order the size that you need. All sale items and markdowns are final sale. Be sure to review the size chart prior to your purchase and reviews to prevent this from happening.

Shipping Details

We ship via USPS and your tracking information is included on your order receipt. Orders over $50 will automatically qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Standard shipping typically takes between 5-8 business days.

Express shipping is an additional cost and is typically 3-4 business days.

Processing time accommodates the fulfillment of your order and handling time. We only ship domestic currently and do not place international orders at this time. Please keep in mind current COVID delays that could apply in certain areas and destinations.
